These Terms govern the commercial software development, website, and consultancy services delivered by Nexus Digital Engineering.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full milestone payment, 100% IP rights, source code ownership, design tokens, and database schemas are transferred to the client.

2. Search Engine Disclaimers

We deliver disciplined on-page and technical SEO services. Search engines independently govern crawling, indexing, and rankings. No rankings or specific traffic figures are guaranteed.
